1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lovely (lovelydesign.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Lovely is a platform that allows users to create personalized, interactive web experiences including quizzes, games, and interactive pages using pre-built templates.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Lovely, you must create an account. You can register using:

• Email magic link authentication (passwordless login via email)
• Google OAuth authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services and Pricing

Lovely offers a growing library of templates. Each template is individually priced — there are no fixed tiers. Some templates are free (₹0), while others have their own price set by Lovely or the template's creator. The exact price of any template is shown clearly on the template card and on the checkout screen before you pay.

Template prices may change at any time as we add new templates, run promotions, or update pricing. The price you see and confirm at the time of payment is the price you will be charged for that publish.

Add-ons

In addition to the template price, you may optionally choose paid add-ons during checkout. For example, Custom Domain lets you publish your project on your own domain for an additional fee. Add-on prices are set by Lovely and may be updated at any time, but the exact amount for any add-on you choose will always be displayed on the checkout screen before you make payment. You will only be charged for add-ons you explicitly select.

Publish-Based Pricing Model

Important: Lovely uses a pay-per-publish model, not a subscription. Here's how it works:

• Creating and editing draft projects is always free
• Payment is required only when you publish a paid template
• Each publish action is a separate transaction — if you want to publish another project (even using the same template), you need to pay the template's current price again
• The total you pay at checkout is the template price plus any add-ons you select

Example: If you publish a project using a template priced at ₹49, you pay ₹49. If you also enable a paid add-on like Custom Domain, the add-on cost is added on top and shown to you before payment. Publishing a separate project later — even with the same template — is a new transaction at the price displayed at that time.

Once published, you have lifetime access to that specific project with unlimited views. You can edit and re-publish the same project without additional charges, but creating a new separate project requires a new payment.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Lovely. However, by using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your published content for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to create or publish content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains sexually explicit material or pornography
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Violates the privacy of others

5. Intellectual Property

The Lovely platform, including its templates, design elements, code, and branding, is owned by Lovely and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are final. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

• There was a technical error preventing you from using the service
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
• The request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the project has not been published

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Lovely available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

Published projects will remain accessible as long as the service is operational. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned extended downtime.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your published projects may be removed from public access. We recommend downloading or backing up any important content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lovely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Lovely after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
