Everything most people ask before publishing their first Lovely page.
Lovely is pay-per-template. Many templates are free to publish (₹0). Paid templates have a one-time charge per project — no subscription, no recurring fee. The price for each paid template is shown on the publish step in INR before you pay. Free templates stay free; paid templates only charge when you actually click 'Publish'.
No. Lovely doesn't have subscriptions. Every paid template is a one-time payment per project, with lifetime access to the published page. You'll never see a recurring charge from Lovely on your bank statement.
Forever — for as long as Lovely exists. There's no expiration, no 'page deleted after 30 days' surprise. Recipients can come back to the page on later anniversaries, birthdays, or whenever, and it'll still be there.
No. The recipient just opens the link or scans the QR code. No account, no install, no payment, no ads shown to them. The page works on any phone, tablet, or laptop with a browser.
All payments go through Razorpay (Lovely's payment gateway), which supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major credit and debit cards, net banking from every Indian bank, and Indian wallets. International cards are accepted too. All payments are in INR.
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Lovely's intent is that you only pay once you're sure — payment happens at the publish step, after you've already customized the page in the free editor and previewed exactly what you're shipping. If something's gone genuinely wrong (template broken, payment double-charged, technical issue) email hello@lovelydesign.in and the team will resolve it.
Lovely tracks anonymous interactions on published pages — when the recipient taps a button, scrolls through scenes, or completes the flow — and shows the result in your dashboard. No personally identifiable data is collected from recipients (no names, no emails, no phone numbers). The IP address is stored only to deduplicate views in a 24-hour window. See the privacy page for full details.
Yes. The custom subdomain add-on lets you publish a page at {your-name}.lovelydesign.in instead of (or alongside) the default lovelydesign.in/{slug} URL. It's a one-time ₹100 add-on at the publish step — the same subdomain stays yours and doesn't expire.
All templates support English. Most text fields also accept Hindi (Devanagari), Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Malayalam, and other Indian-language scripts — the rendering works in any browser. Lovely's interface itself is in English currently; localized interfaces are on the roadmap.
Yes. Every template is mobile-responsive. The editor works on tablets and laptops; the published pages work on every screen size. Most recipients open Lovely pages on their phones — that's the primary design target.
Yes — and Lovely is built specifically for WhatsApp sharing. Every published page generates a clean Open Graph preview when the link is pasted into WhatsApp, with the page's hero image, title, and description showing in the chat preview. Same for Instagram, Telegram, Discord, email, etc.
Yes. The lock system is global — every template supports it. Turn on password protection in the editor's settings, set a password and a custom unlock message, and the page stays private until the recipient enters the password. Useful for surprise reveals, private confessions, or pages meant for only one specific person.
Yes. Open the project from your dashboard, edit the content, and save. The published URL stays the same — the changes go live immediately. Edits are unlimited and free, even for paid templates.
Lovely operates in India and stores data primarily on Supabase (Postgres) and Cloudinary (media). Personally identifiable data is limited to your account email and any text/photos you upload. Recipients leave only anonymous interaction data. You can request account deletion by emailing hello@lovelydesign.in; the team will process it within 7 days.
Email hello@lovelydesign.in. The Lovely team is small and replies directly — there's no support ticket queue or chatbot. Reasonable response time is 1-2 working days; urgent payment issues usually within 24 hours.
