Sorry Bestie

a kintsugi apology for your best friend after a fight — the cup you broke lies in pieces, each piece you glue back carries one sorry, gold fills the cracks, chai pours as memories rise in the steam, then a chai truce and her name glowing.

About this template

Lovely's Sorry Bestie template borrows the idea of kintsugi — mending broken pottery with gold so it's stronger where it broke. It opens on 'i broke something.' with an indigo cup lying in pieces and a sulking photo of her labelled 'you, right now'. She taps 'let me fix it', and every piece she glues back flies into place with one apology line: 'i said things i didn't mean', 'i was wrong. (rare. screenshot this.)', 'i missed you by day two.'

When the last piece is in, gold seams draw themselves along every crack. Then a kettle appears and she holds a button to pour chai into the mended cup; as it fills, steam rises and two memory photos float up with their captions until 'still warm. still us.' appears. The final question is a chai truce — 'still mad' gets a patient 'okay, i'll wait right here', and 'truce' turns the page to night, the gold cup glows and her name appears with your sign-off.

Every apology, caption, label and photo is editable, and a stepper chooses how many apology lines (3–6) she glues back. It costs ₹59 one-time, takes about five minutes, and she opens the link or QR code without any account — easier than the voice note you've been rehearsing.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to make an apology page on Lovely?

About five minutes. Rewrite the apology lines in your own words, swap the photos and publish. You get a link and a QR code immediately.

Does my best friend need an account to open it?

No. It opens in any phone browser from WhatsApp, Instagram or a text — no app and no signup.

What can I edit in the Sorry Bestie template?

Every line — the apologies, the memory captions, the truce question, her name and your sign-off — plus all four photos. A stepper sets how many apology pieces she glues back (3 to 6).

What is kintsugi?

A way of repairing broken pottery with gold, so the cracks become the most beautiful part. Here the broken cup is the friendship, and each piece glued back is one apology.

What if she's still mad?

There's a 'still mad' button. It shows a waiting face and 'okay. i'll wait right here. (chai's getting cold tho)' — the truce button stays right there until she's ready.
