About this template

Lovely's A Note to Self template is a letter to yourself, written on a bathroom mirror. It opens on a mirror fogged with steam; wiping it with a finger clears the glass to reveal a photo and 'hey, you.' in lipstick. Next, each tap on the lipstick writes another reminder onto the mirror — you're doing better than you think, rest is not lazy, you don't owe anyone a perfect you.

Then the page asks for a hug: pressing and holding wraps two arms around the photo while a ring fills through two slow breaths. In the last scene they tap the mirror to leave kiss marks, a lipstick heart draws itself across the glass, and the letter closes with 'signed, me.'

People make it for themselves to keep for hard days, or for a friend who needs to hear it in their own voice. Every line and all four images are editable, and a stepper sets how many notes go on the mirror (3 to 6). Publishing costs ₹29 one-time; Lovely gives you a link and a QR code in about five minutes, and no account is needed to open it.
