About this template

Lovely's I Like You template is the simplest way to ask someone if they like you back — without saying it out loud. The page opens with your custom question, two buttons, and a small twist: the 'No' button quietly runs away when hovered. If they tap 'Yes,' confetti and floating hearts close the moment with the response message you wrote for them.

It's built for people who feel everything but freeze when it matters. Pick the template, edit the words, change the colors if you want, and publish. Lovely returns a unique link and a QR code in under five minutes — no code, no design tools, no subscription. The recipient just opens the link; they don't need an account.

The template was made by a small Indian team for the kind of moments where saying it directly is hard but writing it down isn't. Publishing costs ₹1 — less than the chai you'd stress-drink first — the page stays live forever, and you can see whether they tapped Yes or No in your dashboard later.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to create an I Like You page on Lovely?

About 5 minutes. Pick the template, fill in your question and the response messages for Yes and No, optionally change the colors, and publish. You'll get a unique URL and a QR code immediately.

Does the recipient need to sign up to view the page?

No. The link is fully public. They just tap it, see your page, and respond. Their tap is recorded anonymously in your Lovely dashboard so you'll know whether it was Yes or No.

Can I customize the question, button text, and colors?

Yes — every text field is editable, both buttons can be renamed (the 'No' button still runs away when hovered, regardless of what you call it), and the background color, button color and text color are all customizable.

Does the 'No' button really run away?

It does — but only when the cursor gets close. On mobile, it shifts position when tapped near the edge. You can also turn the runaway behavior off in the editor's Effects tab if you want a fair coin-flip.

Will I know if they pressed Yes or No?

Yes. Lovely tracks every response anonymously and shows it in the project's Responses tab in your dashboard, along with the device they used and roughly when they tapped.
