TL;DR
Every love-page site in India advertises the same three words: photos, music, countdown. Almost none of them explain what those words mean once you have paid. This post does. The three things "music" can mean
When a love page promises music, it means one of these, and they are not close to equivalent.
1. A playable audio clip. A play button on the page. They tap it, audio comes out. This is real, it works everywhere, and it is the version worth having.
2. A music card. A section that names your song — track title, artist, a little progress bar — as a visual object in a scrapbook. It does not stream anything. It is a reference to the song, not the song.
3. A background track that starts by itself. The thing everyone actually pictures: they open the link and your song swells. This one mostly does not exist on the mobile web, and not because the developers were lazy. Phone browsers deliberately block audio that starts without a tap. It is an anti-advertising measure and it applies to every website equally. If a page appears to do it, it is either muted, or it started only after a tap somewhere earlier, or it does not work on half the phones it lands on.
There is a second reason worth naming: nobody selling a ₹49 or ₹149 page has a licence to stream a commercial Hindi film track from a web page. A site that promises your Bollywood song, in full, on autoplay, is promising two things at once that neither the browser nor the law is going to hand over.
So the honest question is not "does it have music". It is "what plays when they tap, and is it worth tapping?"
What Lovely actually offers, feature by feature

Photos are the easy part, and the only mistake people make is quantity. Here is what each shape actually holds:

Each image uploads at up to 5 MB, which is more than any phone photo needs.
The rule that matters more than the capacity: four to eight photos beats twenty on every one of these. A curated set reads as care. A camera-roll dump reads as admin, and it makes the page slow on the connection your recipient is probably actually using. The thing that beats background music
If you strip out the fantasy of the autoplaying song, what is left is better anyway.
Record thirty seconds of your own voice. That is it. That is the whole recommendation. A voice note is the only element on a personalised page that could not possibly have been produced by anyone else — no template, no stock, no licence. It is also, consistently, the section people replay.
It is also the hardest thing on this list to actually do, which is why almost nobody does it. Recording your own voice saying something sincere is genuinely uncomfortable. Do it in one take, do not listen back more than once, and do not re-record it four times trying to sound composed. The version where your voice goes slightly odd on the third sentence is the version that works.
If you want both the song and the page, the practical answer most couples land on: send the page link, then send the song link underneath it in the same chat. Two messages, thirty seconds apart. The song plays in the app that has the rights to play it, and the page does what a page is good at.
Picking the shape by what you actually have

When the features are not the problem
Worth saying on a post that is entirely about features.
A page with fourteen photos and a voice note does not fix a message being sent for the wrong reason. Three cases where the feature list is irrelevant:
When "I love you" is being used to close a conversation instead of open one. If something is genuinely unresolved, a beautifully assembled page arrives as a way of ending the subject without the other person getting a turn. They will read it that way, and the photos will not help.
When the page is beautiful and the last three weeks were not. A page with dates and photos on it is a timestamped record. If what you have been doing does not match what it says, it makes the gap easier to see.
When they have heard the same sentence four hundred times. This is the one a new format genuinely does help with — not because the words improve, but because they arrive somewhere the reader has to stop and tap.
